Appointments and Fees
We respect your time and would like to make your visit as efficient as possible. Patients
are seen by appointments only. Urgent concerns can often be addressed on a same day basis.
Due to the nature of patient care, work-in appointments have been made available.
We are currently accepting most major insurance carriers. Please let us know who your carrier is
when you are calling for an appointment. Self Payment is also accepted. All fees not covered by your
insurance carrier will be collected at the time of your appointment.
